Refund policy

At Istanbul, every piece is printed just for you — on demand, with love.

We do not accept returns for size issues or changes of heart, since each item is custom-made the moment you order it.
But if your shirt arrives with a misprint, a defect, or gets damaged during shipping, we’ve got your back.

🌱 We only replace or refund items if:

• They arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective
• They never arrive (lost in transit)
• You notify us within 30 days of delivery

Please email us at hello@istanbulwear.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description (if needed)

Once approved, we’ll reprint your item at no cost — or offer a refund if necessary.

📦 RETURNS
Returns are sent back to our printing partner’s facility.
We don’t accept unsolicited returns sent elsewhere.
Unclaimed or unapproved returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.

🔁 EXCHANGES
We don’t offer size exchanges.
Each item is printed one by one, just for you — like vinyl.
Please double-check the size guide before placing your order.

🇪🇺 FOR EU CUSTOMERS
According to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, personalized items like ours are exempt from the 14-day return rule.
But if something’s wrong with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right.
